10 Random Facts About Charlotte Hanna

 

1. What’s your role at Oprema?

I am a BDE here at Oprema – I work in a buddy pair with Alison Nolan. We work together to ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our account base. This involves providing quotations, checking in to see how I can offer more to help grow the business between us and the customer, and building a relationship with them. Also, finding new business leads and working with Alison to help get them on board. Alison and I love a challenge – we work really well together and remember to always make sure we hit our goals whilst having fun along the way!

2. Describe your first ever job

I was a Saturday girl in a florist. I got the job from doing work experience there and they kept me on until I left school and moved onto another job. It sounds very girly and pretty but rotten flowers are not a nice smell in the morning!

3. Do you have any pets?

Of course I do! I have two miniature schnauzers: one salt and pepper called Lenny, and a black one called Howard – they are my boys! So much so I have a wear a necklace with their names on! (it was a gift but I LOVE it)

They love nothing more than a walk through the hills to the pub at the top for some mini cheddars (and a pint or two for me)!

4. You’re having a dinner party and can invite 3 celebrities (dead or alive) who is coming and why?

That’s tough I could think of around 10! But if I had to have 3 I would go Lewis Hamilton, Meatloaf and Matty Healy – favourite sports star, favourite musician and lead in my favourite band (plus Matty is very controversial). Ricky Gervais would most certainly be up there too, oh and Gordon Ramsey… see the list goes on!

5. What is something that always makes you smile?

To see others succeed – I am a massive fan of teamwork and helping other and to watch someone work hard and achieve their goal, to me there is nothing better – hard work pays off!

6. What’s your dream holiday destination?

If I won the lottery I would love to travel around the whole F1 calendar to watch every race – I think Singapore would be the one up there for me, or Baku.

7. What skill would you most like to learn?

Scuba diving 100% – I love everything about the ocean and would love to see it as deep as possible!

8. What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

You can’t control the uncontrollable – I have spent so much time in the past worrying about things I have no influence on. Once you bypass those thoughts and focus on how you can overcome a situation in the present, you can achieve positive results.

9. What are you the proudest of in your life?

That I am happy, I have a happy home with my partner and dogs, great parents, and a great job – to me that’s the ultimate achievement in life, to wake up and truly love where you are at. Obviously there’s always a drive for more but always be content with what you have.

10. Two foods that shouldn’t work together but just do?

McDonald's chips and strawberry milkshake – if you have worked there then you know.
