The Oprema team has a wealth of knowledge gained from years of experience within the security industry. We search for the leading technology and value in the marketplace, so you don’t have to! We carry over 100 market-leading brands such as Dahua, Advanced Electronics, Ajax, Apollo, Hochiki, Honeywell, Milestone, Paxton, Secure Logiq, Texecom and Videx.

Our approach is consultative: we pride ourselves on our sales and technical support, in house training, and leading logistics, as well as our professional services such as pre-sales design, pre-configuration, and on-site commissioning. Our commitment to improving the efficiency of the installation and maintenance process, together with our value-added services, make us the go-to partner for installers and integrators as well us the ideal supply channel for manufacturers.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become the UK's number one distributor of security products to the trade. We know that our people, passion, and products are the three key ingredients to achieving this.

We established our company values collectively, by asking the team which principles were most important to them.

Since then, and each year after, we've asked our team to nominate one another for our staff values awards, highlighting where they see colleagues demonstrating our shared values. The award winners receive a prize, a framed mugshot on the wall, and of course the glory!

Our Timeline

Oprema was created in 2010 by Matthew Epps and Tim Duggan. Founded with a clear focus on offering bespoke IP CCTV Distribution, we've continued to evolve over the past decade in response to our customers' changing needs. Today, we stand proud as the UK's fastest growing multi-discipline security distributor.

ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard that can be certified to. Oprema were awarded ISO9001 certification in 2019.
